It was a relaxing, it took me away from all worries.

We did not eat at the hotel or obtain the all-inclusive features, we only paid for the room. We both enjoyed our stay, and the beach was beyond beautiful from outside the Hotel.

If you're sitting next to the pool, I would say the DJ or entertainment music was loud. I did enjoy lounging next to the pool and listening lounge music, which was soft and relaxing.

I loved being able to wake in the morning to the sunrise over the Caribbean, make my cup of coffee and sit by the ocean

Right on the beach with great access to the Caribbean.

The room was a bit run down, but not bad. A light was out, caulking in the bathroom was peeling off, that sort of thing.

Would definitely stay again but would make sure stay on the other side of the resort.

The beach and the location was great

Our room was very close to all the clubs so at night specially weekends there was a lot of loud music noise till 3-4 am. We didn't do all inclusive but heard good wasn't so good.

Great location. Clean and staff were very nice. We had issues with the air conditioner; but it was fixed right away. The soap dispenser broke and never was fixed.

Two of these required prebooking, ensuring an exclusive dining atmosphere. Great Location

We liked the location of this hotel, and accessibility to beaches, pool, bars and parties (Coco Bongo) and restaurants.

We did not have hot shower on the first day, but staff resolved it on 2nd day.

Fantastic location, service.....not really

The room was nice and clean , the facilities very clean (pool and beach areas, so as the lobby. The sunchairs were very comfy.

At the check-in, we were not told about the facilities included in the hotel, restaurant schedule, etc. Before the arrival, i notified the hotel that we were honeymooners and requested a room decoration, they replied to me that "was with an extra cost", never the less i kinda expected a lil something for our celebration, anything would've been nice but, the room i reserved comes with a bottle of wine, robes, and slippers (according to the reservation info) and didn't even get that. We were aware (from the reservation) that the check out time was at 12' noon, regardless of that, by 11:30am, both of our room keys stopped working, and we were locked out of the room. We went to the concierge desk in the ground floor to ask for help and there was nobody there, we had to go all the way to the main lobby. That was absolutely annoying. At the restaurant by the kids' club, my husband asked for a spoon and never arrived. He had to go and look for it by himself once he saw where they put the clean ones. The hotel is nice and clean, the beach is beautiful, but the service provided is kinda poor.

As this was my second day, they had a lot to live up to and I did enjoy my time

The beach, the pool, the coffee in the hotel was amazing ! Great location near Coco bongo.

The pizza oven was not working when we were there which was disappointing. The wine served at the resorts did not taste good. Our room windows were very dirty so it was very hard to see out of. We were locked out of the safe that was in our suites and felt uncomfortable when the staff member came up to resolve the issue as it only took them less than three seconds to unlock the safe.

About 1 hour in line for check-in and not even an apology. At check-out, room access deactivated at 11:45 am, I had to go 2 times to the front desk to reactivate it. Also very slow room service (about 75min for a couple of sandwiches).

It’s ok- not luxurious.

Location was good. Beach was nice. Pool was good Microwave in room!

Was definitely a bit run down. Pool tiles were missing here and there. The rooms were outdated, bath tub didn’t look clean enough to bath in.. the floor always felt sandy in the room under bare feet. They replenish the coffee daily (though do forget but will do so if asked) BUT- bottled water- is only given for free for the first night. That feels like a rights violation for a hotel.

With a little work, Krystal can be a great place to stay

The pool area and the beach area was amazing. The pool was fun to swim in and hang around with friends. The beach was stunning! Both areas were really clean and tidy. The room was kept clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well! It was only USD250 to upgrade to an ocean view room with a balcony and the view was amazing. Poolside drinks were great and the staff were very attentive. Very central location for our conference.

Felt that a lot of the staff were very junior and didn’t know how to deal with requests (eg: some of the lights in my room didn’t work and the minibar fridge was also not working - the front desk staff were slow at responding to my complaints (spoke with them 3 times) The room service was very poor. Got back after a super long day out and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries - my meal arrived and it was stone cold! I rang and asked for it to be remade as it was not edible - it got taken away and when the room service waiter came back with it, he gave it to me but covered his name badge and then I found out that it had been microwaved rather than remade! Even the lettuce and tomato! It was awful! No one would answer when we rang room service so we ended up taking it to the front desk. The junior staff were pretty useless and didn’t know what to do (not even an apology) - their manager came on at 11pm and sorted it all out! Thank you Bruno for your kindness and care! On checkout my friend was told we hadn’t paid for our upgrade (which we had! We had receipts from the hotel as proof!) and the whole experience was very disorganised. I think more training is needed. The rooms were tired and needed a refurb. The furniture was dated, old and peeling. Felt the price wasn’t reflective of our experience (felt we had overpaid)

The beach in front of the hotel is great and the location is very convenient. The price and the view.

This was my second time and unfortunately the staff was from rude to regular. The check in and check out process was slow, I bought a romantic room and received the amenities in the end of my second day, my safe was blocked and they could not unblock, they had to use a drill at midnight to open the safe, we asked for a late check out and when we return to the room our room was locked..so customer experience was not pleasant at all. Since it was a music festival at the night clubs near by, the sound went till 8am Sunday.
